An Encounter With Desert Creatures Spider (October, 1995)
Media: Scratchboard and colored inks
This cover was one of my first experiments in using colored inks
on scratchboard. I use EssDee, an English brand of scratchboard
that has an extra thick layer of clay coating which allows inking
and then scratching an area two, or if you're really careful, even
three times.
